With over 27 years of market presence, Netconn has built partnerships with major industry players and is responsible for sustaining critical environments, providing consulting services across diverse sectors and organizational structures. **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Responsibilities*** * Provide technical support for installation, configuration, and maintenance of cybersecurity solutions for clients. * Respond to security-related questions and incidents, escalating to partners or higher-level teams when necessary. * Assist in problem analysis and resolution, ensuring client satisfaction with post-sales services. * Maintain records and update the customer service system with incident and resolution details; document incidents and basic security procedures. * Participate in internal training sessions to stay current on the company’s security solutions. * Understand operating system architecture and management, virtualization, and cloud technologies. * Assist in access control activities and security monitoring. * Monitor security alerts and perform log analysis. * Assist in identifying and classifying security incidents. * Participate in maintaining and updating security tools. * Collaborate in implementing information security policies and procedures. * Stay current on cybersecurity trends and best practices. * Provide support and resolve issues, respecting and prioritizing the incident queue. * First-level (N1) support for security incidents. * Execute documented procedures from vendors or internally (KB) – English. * Vendor communication – English. **Requirements and Qualifications** ***Education:*** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Networking, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields. ***English*** * Intermediate / Advanced Technical Proficiency ***Technical Skills*** * Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux operating system administration. * Knowledge of infrastructure (Windows and Linux server administration, access management, privilege escalation, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy Objects, NAT, file server, terminal server, SQL Server, virtualization, and cloud). * Monitor and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs); document all support interactions. * Familiarity with networking and network security concepts. * Familiarity with relational database concepts (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server). * Basic understanding of intrusion detection and monitoring tools (IDS/IPS). * Proficiency in log analysis and identification of threat patterns. * Knowledge of fundamental information security policies and frameworks, such as ISO27001, NIST, CIS, and MITRE. * Foundation-level framework knowledge: ITIL(r), ISO27001, Privacy ***Preferred Qualifications:*** * Prior internship or similar experience in information security. * Knowledge of programming logic, preferably ShellScript and PowerShell. * Familiarity with cybersecurity platforms such as Privileged Access Management (PAM) / Password Vaults, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Firewalls, Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Forcepoint, BeyondTrust, Rapid7, Varonis, XM Cyber, Proofpoint, Securiti, and Orca Security. **Additional Information** ***What We Expect From You?*** An innovative mindset and consultative approach toward other departments, leadership and alignment with company goals through entrepreneurship, teamwork, and results orientation. * Opportunities for career growth and skill expansion; * A dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity to work at a growing company with learning and professional development potential. * **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM** * **100% On-site in the Faria Lima region, São Paulo — near Faria Lima Metro Station** * **CLT employment contract** A leader in cybersecurity since 1998, Netconn develops cutting-edge technological solutions to protect your data and ensure business continuity.
