




Job Summary: Work in the Human Resources area with a focus on training and development, supporting Training Needs Assessment (LNT), scheduling of Regulatory Standards (NR's), training evaluations, registration, and endomarketing campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Training and Development Activities 2. Support in Training Needs Assessment (LNT) and Regulatory Standards (NR's) 3. Support in Endomarketing Campaigns * Work in the Human Resources area with a focus on training and development; * Assist in identifying functional and occupational safety training needs (LNT); * Schedule and monitor implementation of Regulatory Standards (NR's), conduct reaction and performance evaluations of internal training programs; * Support registration of training programs in the internal system and update spreadsheets of completed trainings; * Assist in endomarketing campaigns and prepare training reports for audits. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Advanced Excel skills.
