About the opportunity What is essential to apply? Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology. Working hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) What will be your key responsibilities? Actively and strategically support core HR routines, including: Conducting and supporting recruitment and selection processes for operational, technical, and strategic positions; Communicating with candidates and clients to align candidate profiles, provide feedback, and deliver evaluations; Managing onboarding, monitoring, and integration of new employees; Organizing, controlling, and updating administrative HR management processes; Developing and maintaining HR reports, spreadsheets, and metrics; Supporting training, development, and organizational climate initiatives; Participating in performance evaluation and employee offboarding processes; Contributing to internal endomarketing and engagement activities to strengthen team commitment.
