Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for recruitment and selection, Training & Development (T&D), onboarding, and employee support, ensuring alignment and confidentiality. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct competency-based interviews and assess behavioral profiles 2. Develop and support Training & Development plans 3. Participate in internal endomarketing campaigns and employee experience initiatives **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Conduct competency-based interviews, assessing behavioral profiles according to departmental requirements. Create and publish job openings through physical and digital channels, promoting opportunities, company culture, and internal initiatives. Perform technical screening and analyze candidate alignment with required competencies. Administer, grade, and analyze psychological, technical, and specific tests in accordance with ethical standards and internal policies. Lead and monitor the onboarding process for new employees. Develop and support Training \& Development plans based on internal assessments and performance indicators. Communicate job offers and support the initial hiring process. Participate in and support internal endomarketing campaigns and employee experience initiatives. Monitor HR market trends and best practices. Provide support to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
