Junior HR Analyst

**Job Description** We are seeking an **HR Analyst** who is organized, proactive, and possesses strong interpersonal skills to perform generalist HR/Personnel Department duties, contributing to people management and ensuring the smooth operation of internal processes. **Key Responsibilities** The professional will be responsible for: * Receiving and managing medical certificates and declarations; * Leading onboarding processes—from recruitment through to integration of new employees; * Entering and updating data in internal systems; * Providing support and clarifying employee inquiries; * Conducting homologation procedures with labor unions; * Supporting managers with team-related information; * Implementing and monitoring disciplinary actions in accordance with internal policies; * Managing the distribution, usage, and registration of personal protective equipment (PPE); * Registering and monitoring electronic timekeeping (Dimep system); * Organizing and maintaining the internal communication bulletin board; * Managing and archiving employee documentation; * Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and occupational health standards and procedures. **Requirements** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in HR/Personnel Department routines; * Knowledge of onboarding processes, electronic timekeeping, and basic labor legislation; * Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office (Excel); * Organized, communicative, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. **Benefits** * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * On-site meals **Application** **Send your resume with the job title to:** recrutamento@leal.com.br / (11\) 95681\-6119 Employment type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * What is your expected salary?
