Advanced data analysis and interface with accounting **Position: Junior Facilities Analyst** Salary: R$3\.023,36 **Main Responsibilities:** Management of public accounts, including IPTU, electricity, and water bills, ensuring timely verification, control, and payment; Execution of financial postings in the SAP system, ensuring correct classification and recording of expenses; Monitoring and control of fixed unit expenses (approximately 120 branches across various municipalities); Support in financial resource forecasting, contributing to budget planning; Conducting critical analyses and data verification in spreadsheets using advanced Excel; Direct interface with accounting, ensuring alignment and consistency of financial information; Organization and monitoring of payment and tax collection workflows; Liaison with public agencies regarding taxes, fees, and regularization matters; **Technical Competencies:** Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields.
