We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Position Details:** Develop drawings and projects for gas central plants and distribution networks. Provide technical support to installation bases to resolve process deficiencies. Respond to CRM inquiries and finalize service orders (OS). Analyze CRM data and create charts and presentations highlighting issues and trends. Support and assist installation/engineering bases, as well as commercial and customer service departments. Submit, as needed, preventive maintenance and NR13 planning schedules to bases for clients. Monitor service order execution for preventive maintenance, NR13 compliance, and tank inventory levels. Receive and close preventive maintenance incidents in the CRM. Update the database monthly. Create, update, and review installation area procedures. Analyze incidents to cancel service orders. Track and follow up on customer complaints. Support bases using the Salesforce system.
