Join our team and help us transform the dairy universe***.*** ***\#JoinAlvoarDairy*** **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist in asset management routines, including opening and closing PEPs, asset movements, reconciliations, asset inventories, and monthly departmental closings, among others; * Analyze and monitor financial information to ensure data accuracy and consistency; * Prepare reconciliations, asset movements, and accounting ledger analyses; * Assist in preparing managerial reports and financial indicators; * Contribute to assembling presentations of results; * Respond to external audit requests by organizing documentation and evidence, clarifying questions, and providing support to other company departments throughout the audit process; * Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement of departmental routines and spreadsheets; * Participate in reviewing and optimizing departmental operational routines; * Provide internal customers with support on queries related to financial and accounting processes; * Participate monthly in inventory processes conducted across Alvoar’s various units. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in controller functions, accounting, or auditing; * Basic knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and reconciliations; * Proficiency in basic Excel; * Familiarity with BI tools; * Willingness to travel; * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility, and Innovation. **Additional information** * Competitive market-based salary; * Meal or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Group life insurance; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Unimed health plan; * Optional dental plan; * Monthly milk basket (16 liters); * Online store for discounted product purchases; * Profit-sharing program (PLR) based on goal achievement.
