Check out the position details: The Junior Analyst will support essential controller functions, with focus on **accounting close**, **reconciliations**, and **support for DF preparation**, participating in processes aligned with external audit requirements and high governance standards. * Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and support review of account balances; * Organize information for the monthly consolidation process; * Prepare spreadsheets, controls, and supporting documents used in preparing financial statements; * Assist with external audit activities, including organizing evidence and working papers; * Support process improvements and internal controls, contributing to the maturity of the accounting process; * Develop technical knowledge in IFRS, consolidation, and corporate governance. **Requirements and Qualifications** If you believe care begins with preparation and intention, this may be your place.
