We are looking for a Junior BI Analyst to join our team and support the Legal BPO operation within a technology company. This position plays a critical role in generating strategic indicators, supporting operations and management with reliable data and structured analysis. Responsibilities: * Develop BI solutions, including dashboards, management reports, and performance indicators (KPIs); * Gather, organize, and process data from various sources; * Perform queries and data manipulation in SQL Server and Oracle databases; * Create, maintain, and enhance ETL processes; * Support the structuring, maintenance, and governance of the Data Warehouse (DW); * Ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness of information provided to operations and leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Practical experience with Power BI (modeling, basic/intermediate DAX, and visualizations); * Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation; * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Knowledge of Power BI or another ETL tool is considered a plus; * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills for interacting with operational teams and management.
