Here, you will have the opportunity to **create solutions that truly make a difference**, in a market undergoing constant evolution. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Register and maintain customer information in pharmacy platforms; * Analyze medication subsidy requests according to internal rules and policies; * Conduct verification and analysis of reimbursement processes; * Monitor operational pending items and ensure timely follow-up within established deadlines; * Validate documents and information to ensure continuity of processes; * Prepare controls and records in spreadsheets and internal systems; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to solve problems and handle demands efficiently. **Additional Information** Employment contract: CLT Salary: R$ 2\.576,75 Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) – hybrid model Location: Av.
