The Business Process Analyst role We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled NetSuite Developer to support finance systems optimization and enterprise ERP enhancements across a fast\-growing global organization. This role blends business systems analysis with hands\-on NetSuite configuration, customization, integration, and reporting. You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and cross\-functional stakeholders to ensure that systems, data, and reporting structures support growth, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will design and implement solutions within NetSuite and its broader ecosystem of integrated systems. This role requires strong ERP technical capabilities, deep familiarity with financial operations (Order\-to\-Cash, Procure\-to\-Pay, Record\-to\-Report), and the ability to support cross\-functional initiatives from requirements through deployment. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable mapping end\-to\-end financial processes, translating requirements to systems changes and developing NetSuite customizations to support them. Business Analysis Elicit and clarify requirements Exhibit Systems thinking (understanding upstream/downstream impacts) Create technical specifications Develop use cases and user stories Define acceptance criteria Drive post\-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. NetSuite Development \& Administration Configure and customize NetSuite modules (Financials, ARM, Revenue Recognition, Fixed Assets, OneWorld, etc.). Develop and maintain: SuiteScript (2\.1\) Workflows Saved searches and advanced reports Custom records and forms Design and manage integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise systems Support middleware and integration platforms for data exchange and automation. Maintain system governance, roles, permissions, and data integrity controls. Provide technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Reporting \& Financial Data Management Improve data architecture for scalability and audit readiness. Support budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes within NetSuite. Support compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Partner with Finance stakeholders to enhance visibility into revenue, expenses, and operational metrics. We’re looking for a teammate with: 5\+ years in Business Analysis, Finance Systems, ERP implementation, or related roles. Strong hands\-on experience with NetSuite configuration and development. Experience supporting Finance or Accounting teams in a shared\-services or global environment. Experience with financial process design (O2C, P2P, R2R). Background with middleware, data integration, cloud platforms, and application integrations.
