Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the proper operation of systems, equipment, and IT infrastructure, providing user support, and contributing to the security and efficiency of technological processes. Main Responsibilities: Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, and networks); Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and systems; Monitor and ensure network and server operations; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment; Administer internal systems and provide support for corporate software; Manage access controls, permissions, and information security policies; Perform backups and ensure data integrity; Support the implementation of new systems and technologies; Document IT procedures and routines; Respond to technical service requests within established timeframes. --- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or related fields (completed or currently pursuing); Knowledge of networks, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and Microsoft Office suite; Basic understanding of information security; Prior experience in this role is an advantage.
