Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive IT Support Analyst to manage operating systems, hardware, IT infrastructure, backups, and tickets, as well as provide user support. Key Highlights: 1. English and Spanish skills for users and suppliers **Are you passionate about technology and eager to join a dynamic and innovative team?** We are looking for a committed and proactive IT Support Analyst to join our team and help drive excellence in user support and IT infrastructure maintenance. **Your responsibilities will include:** * **Manage and optimize operating systems** (Microsoft Windows Server and Client), ensuring performance and stability. * **Work with endpoint hardware**, such as computers and mobile devices, to ensure the best experience for our users. * **Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support**, resolving queries and issues quickly and efficiently. * **Maintain IT infrastructure** (racks, cabling, fiber optics, connectors, etc.) with maximum organization and performance. * **Perform data backup and restoration** using advanced tools such as N\-able to ensure information security. * **Manage IT tickets and assets**, maintaining efficient and up-to-date control. * **Establish partnerships with IT suppliers**, ensuring the quality of acquired services and products. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Education:** Completed high school; a bachelor's degree is desirable, and complementary courses in IT and networking are a plus. * **Experience:** Do you already have experience as an IT Support Analyst? Then this position is for you! * **Skills and Competencies:** Teamwork and excellent communication. Resilience when facing challenges.
