Job Summary: Internship to assist in the analysis and organization of highway projects, budget support, claim analysis, and technical document control. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the analysis of highway projects and compliance with technical standards 2. Support the preparation of construction budget spreadsheets 3. Assist in the technical and administrative review of contractors' claims * Assist in analyzing highway projects developed by contracted design firms, contributing to verification of compliance with current technical standards, contractual guidelines, the Concessionaire’s internal standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. * Support the preparation, verification, and organization of highway construction budget spreadsheets, including quantity take-offs, cost compositions, estimates, and measurements. * Assist in the technical and administrative review of claims submitted by subcontracted contractors, supporting information consolidation, document organization, and preparation of technical records and reports. * Organize and control technical documents, such as descriptive memoranda, reports, physical\-financial schedules, spreadsheets, and digital files, ensuring information currency and traceability. * Contribute to data consolidation for internal reports, management presentations, and potential submissions to regulatory bodies, while also supporting interface with other departments of the Concessionaire—such as Construction, Planning, Contracts, and Operations—as required by departmental needs. * Support internal department routines, information organization, and process monitoring, contributing to deadline adherence, analytical quality, and continuous workflow improvement.
