Job Summary:
Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment, aiming for reliability and safety, under supervision of qualified professionals.

Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for industrial equipment and facilities, contributing to reliability, availability, and safety of personnel and production assets, under supervision of qualified professionals.
Support the Maintenance team, including the Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Analyst, PCP Analyst, Facilities Analyst, and teams of electricians and mechanical technicians;
**Main Activities and Responsibilities**
* Contact suppliers to request quotations for parts and services;
* Assist in initiating purchase requisitions for parts and services;
* Assist in requesting approvals for purchase requisitions;
* Participate in failure analysis and root cause identification using internal A3/R3 analysis methods;
* Handle receipt of spare parts, return of repaired parts, and organize them into designated cabinets and storage locations—except in medium- and high-voltage electrical panel rooms;
* Assist in verifying correlation between received spare parts and pending service orders related to those parts.
* Participate in criticality matrix analysis of spare parts together with the Maintenance Analyst;
* Assist in implementing 6S practices in the Maintenance Room and Maintenance Workshop;
* Assist in organizing and maintaining technical documents such as maintenance manuals;
* Accompany suppliers and service providers during technical interventions by issuing work permits;
* Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, safety, and energy efficiency.
* Comply with Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
* Support adherence to the Code of Ethics, Internal Regulations, policies, and the entire health, safety, environment, product safety, and responsible care management system.
* Currently enrolled in Electrical Engineering and/or Electronics Engineering and/or Mechatronics and/or Maintenance programs;
* Intermediate English proficiency preferred;
* Ability to perform preliminary analysis of electrical diagrams;
* Ability to perform preliminary analysis of 2D mechanical drawings;
* Ability to develop and analyze charts and process data;
* Basic knowledge of SAP PM (a plus);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
* Proactive and able to take initiative regarding job-related tasks;
* Organized;
* Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively both internally and with interfacing departments (Process, Production, Procurement, Finance, Tax, Laboratory, etc);
