Analysis of complex problems and proposal of technical solutions **DESCRIPTION:** Act as the technical and institutional reference for the area, ensuring the quality of services provided, compliance with contractual and regulatory commitments, as well as strategic relationships with municipalities, regulatory bodies, and public authorities. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide technical guidance to the team regarding quality standards and institutional processes; * Serve as the area's reference in the immediate supervisor's absence; * Analyze complex problems and propose technical solutions, anticipating risks and impacts; * Lead municipal contract renewal processes across all stages; * Interface with regulatory bodies and public authorities; * Report to internal departments and oversight bodies on contractual commitments; * Monitor and control services delivered using specific tools; * Plan strategic activities focused on results; * Track area indicators and propose improvements; * Prepare managerial reports, spreadsheets, and executive presentations; * Consolidate data and conduct technical analyses to support decision-making; * Manage services via an integrated system; * Disseminate institutional policies and procedures; * Support administrative and institutional demands of the area; * Drive a vehicle for external activities when necessary. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed undergraduate degree (e.g., Administration, Law, Public Management, Engineering, Economics, or related fields); * Experience with contracts, concessions, or institutional relationships; * Experience interfacing with public agencies, regulators, and authorities; * Driver's License Category B; * Willingness to travel. **BENEFITS:** * Salary; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * Dental Care; * Gympass; * Zenklub. **SCHEDULE:** Mon \- Fri 08:00 to 18:00
