The positions are for: * **Generalist HR Intern** * **HR Intern with focus on People Analytics** This position is ideal for students aiming to begin their careers in Human Resources, with direct exposure to administrative routines, recruitment processes, and indicator analysis. **Main Responsibilities (according to area of focus):** * Support general Human Resources routines; * Assist in recruitment and selection processes; * Update spreadsheets, controls, and indicators; * Organize documents and support administrative activities; * Assist in preparing reports and data analysis; * Support projects and initiatives within the department. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Basic understanding of HR routines; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Analytical mindset (especially for the People Analytics position); * Residence in Guarulhos. **Compensation and Benefits:** **Stipend:** R$ 1,430.00 * Porto Seguro Health Insurance – Bronze Plan (with co-payment); * MedLife Dental Plan (optional); * Meal Allowance of R$ 250.00 (5% deduction); * On-site lunch for R$ 4.00 (or option to bring your own); * Breakfast for R$ 1.00/day; * Additional benefits as communicated by the company.
