




We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst to join our team. This professional will play a key role in managing and evolving generalist HR processes, acting strategically and operationally within the Recruitment and Selection and Human Development subsystems—particularly in a technology environment. The position requires analytical thinking, organization, and a people-focused mindset, ensuring process compliance, employee development, and strengthening of organizational culture—all aligned with business objectives. **This is a 100% in-person role, based in Rondon or Maringá.** **What we expect from you:** Recruitment and Selection Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including profile alignment, job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and feedback Work on openings for commercial, administrative, and especially technology roles Support managers in defining technical and behavioral competencies Monitor recruitment and selection KPIs and drive continuous improvement of the candidate experience Human Development and Training Plan, execute, and monitor training and development initiatives Design and maintain learning paths and capacity-building programs Support performance evaluation processes, ongoing feedback, and individual development plans Strengthen organizational culture, engagement, and workplace climate Develop, maintain, and improve HR policies, processes, and documentation Create and monitor HR metrics Support leadership in people management and decision-making Use digital tools, spreadsheets, and automation to optimize HR routines **Requirements:** A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related fields is desirable Experience as a Generalist HR Analyst Proven experience in Recruitment and Selection and Human Development Proficiency in HR tools, spreadsheets, and systems Organization, clear communication, sense of responsibility, and analytical thinking **Differentiators:** Experience with Corporate Universities Experience structuring HR departments, job roles and compensation, and career paths Knowledge of People Analytics and HR metrics Experience with HR process automation and optimization Previous work experience in technology companies
