Job Summary: A professional responsible for talent management and compliance, leading recruitment processes and ensuring documentation and legal quality. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of management reports and metrics (KPIs) **Purpose of the Role** You will serve as the primary point of contact for talent management and regulatory compliance. Your objective is to conduct successful recruitment processes while ensuring that documentation and reports meet the highest standards of quality and legal compliance. **Key Responsibilities** * **End-to-end recruitment:** Lead all stages of the recruitment process, from profile alignment to final offer. * **Job opening and vendor management:** Act as an intermediary with external vendors and manage the flow of active job openings. * **Documentary compliance:** Validate and audit labor documents, ensuring that hiring processes comply with current legislation. * **Analysis and reporting:** Prepare management reports and metrics (recruitment KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making. * **Operational support:** Ensure proper onboarding of new employees and maintain HR administrative processes. **Candidate Profile Requirements** * **Experience:** 1–2 years of prior experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operational routines. * **Languages:** **Advanced English and Spanish (mandatory)**, due to interaction with international teams and clients. * **Education:** Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * **Technical skills:** Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, formulas, report creation). * **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of Brazilian labor legislation and documentary auditing.
