We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities include executing and monitoring payroll, vacation, hiring, termination, time tracking, labor charges, etc. If you identify with this position and wish to join a motivated and continuously evolving team, apply now! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute and manage benefit enrollment, cancellation, and maintenance processes; * Execute and monitor payroll, vacation, hiring, termination, time tracking, labor charges, etc.; * Monitor medical certificates and arrange referrals to specialized clinics (occupational medicine) when necessary; * Participate in the PPR (Profit-Sharing Program), from negotiation through payment; * Manage all documentation for temporary and third-party employees; * Monitor and manage labor homologations, labor lawsuits, and inspections; * Handle personnel-related processes for outsourced staff, interns, apprentices, temporary workers, and persons with disabilities (PCD); * Manage quota controls; * Keep E\-Social filings up to date; * Support audits; * Ensure personal data protection in compliance with LGPD; * Update departmental KPIs; * Implement departmental projects and improvements as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required qualifications:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power BI and Excel; * Knowledge of E\-Social; * Familiarity with vacation, benefits, hiring, termination, time tracking, and payroll routines. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with TOTVS Datasul; * Postgraduate degree in a related field. **Additional Information** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including: * Health insurance with co-payment for consultations and exams — extended to legal dependents (spouse and children up to age 18\) * Meal allowance * On-site cafeteria at VÍNCULA * Life insurance * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program) agreement * Workplace gymnastics * SESI (social services) club membership * Dental plan * Pharmacy card * Partnerships with educational institutions * Day Off * More Care Plan (Physical and Mental Health) Join Víncula, a Brazilian multinational leader in the medical devices market!
