We are looking for a committed, organized, and detail-oriented professional who is adept at managing deadlines, labor routines, and interactions with site teams and leadership. Key responsibilities * Execute onboarding, vacation, termination, and payroll processes; * Calculate and remit labor and social security contributions (FGTS, INSS, IRRF); * Administer employee benefits and manage electronic timekeeping for teams; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies; * Support managers and leaders on HR payroll-related requests; * Maintain updated employee records and support audits and compliance initiatives; * Actively contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes. ?
