The role focuses on managing payroll processing, labor charges, benefits, and legal obligations—contributing to organizational efficiency, data reliability, and compliance of payroll department processes. **Mandatory Requirements (Essential):** ---------------------------------------------- * Experience with the **Metadados** system * Experience with **eSocial** * Solid knowledge of **labor legislation, benefits, and timekeeping control** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields** **Key Activities:** ------------------------------------- * Perform **vacation control and calculation** * Execute **payroll entry and verification of entries** * Directly participate in **payroll closing** * Lead and monitor **contract termination processes** * Submit and monitor **eSocial events** * Manage **benefits administration** * Monitor employee onboarding, contractual changes, and offboarding * Verify labor charges, tax forms, and ancillary obligations * Provide support to employees regarding labor and payroll inquiries * Carry out additional tasks related to the department **Requirements and Qualifications** For this position, we seek a professional with proven experience in Payroll Department routines and proficiency in tools used in the field. Practical experience with the Metadados system and hands-on knowledge of eSocial—including submission, monitoring, and verification of events—is essential. Solid understanding of labor legislation, benefits administration, and timekeeping control is also required, along with a strong sense of responsibility and legal compliance. Desired competencies include organization, attention to detail, effective communication, analytical ability, proactivity, and collaborative working skills.
