Job Summary:
Responsible for defining strategies and coordinating processes related to Development and Training, Talent Management, Internal Communication and Engagement, as well as governance and leadership support.

**What you’ll do:**

* Responsible for defining strategies, procedures, and coordinating the execution of the following processes:
* Manage the Development and Training (Knowledge Management) process for all workforce categories, from identifying development needs through to analyzing the effectiveness of initiatives using metrics.
Includes planning and executing all mandatory requirements derived from corporate standards and legislation, job qualification, educational subsidy programs, functional competency development, individual development needs focused on current and future roles, and leadership development.
* Implement and lead all talent-related leadership processes, including goal setting, development plans, performance management, recognition, and overall succession planning.
* Define strategies and execute the communication plan, utilizing internal tools such as management meetings, weekly videos, internal campaigns, visual communications, and newsletters.
* Plan and execute engagement initiatives, comprising special events and themed weeks (e.g., quality, safety, R\&D, commemorative dates, among others).
* Governance and leadership support in analyzing climate survey data, identifying improvement opportunities, and building robust solutions to strengthen a culture of excellence—with high levels of engagement, trust in leadership, and performance.
* Support Eaton’s cultural integration by promoting professional attributes and behaviors, and leading social responsibility actions and events.
* Ensure execution of student programs—including internships, apprenticeships, and FORMARE—along with university and school relationship projects and activities.
* Manage local benefits, including cafeteria, transportation, coffee machines, year-end gifts, among others.
* Support talent acquisition and hiring processes across all organizational levels.
**Qualifications:**

**Mandatory:**
* **Completed bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
* **Proven, solid professional experience** in **Training \& Development** (across all organizational levels) and **Recruitment \& Selection**, gained within an **industrial environment**.
* **Familiarity with internal marketing and internal communication**, with experience in initiatives targeting engagement, cultural alignment, and communication with employees.
**Desirable:**
* **Proficiency in analytical and management-support tools**, including **Microsoft Office Suite** and **basic Power BI knowledge**.
* **Advanced English proficiency.**
* **Consistent experience in Labor Relations.**
* **In-depth knowledge of Labor and Social Security Legislation.**
