Requirements: * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in HR activities. * Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. * Capacity to work collaboratively and handle diverse situations. * Advanced Excel proficiency.
