[Fiscal] Senior Tax Analyst - Expert Client

**Your mission:** Analyze tax processes, procedures, and risks related to fiscal operations, resulting in greater efficiency and accuracy in activities performed to meet clients' needs. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Develop internal processes by identifying best practices to reduce execution time/responsiveness, aiming for proper guidance on activities and increased team productivity. * Perform calculations for Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido regimes via platform and/or Excel, ensuring timely delivery and information quality for clients. * Prepare and provide operational data, facilitating information for client tax generation to deliver tasks according to defined priorities. * Identify tax risks through internal audits, aiming to reduce tax risk exposure for our clients and minimize impacts on information for which we are responsible. * Evaluate improvements to business rules, optimizing procedures for clients in collaboration with the technology team while ensuring correct standards and compliance. * Analyze trends in client support to identify practical problem-solving approaches, aiming to increase client satisfaction and reduce impacts across other operational areas. **What we’re looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields. * Practical experience in tax routines. * Proficiency in delivering tax declarations and ancillary obligations. * Familiarity with labor legislation and accounting interpretations. * Knowledge of issuing fiscal invoices, withholdings, and tax rates. * Knowledge of Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido tax legislation. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Online psychotherapy; * TotalPass; * Life insurance; * Meal and food allowances (VA/VR); * Discount partnerships (universities and language schools); * Worry-Free — Various insurance options; * No dress code; **\#JOINCONTABILIZEI** **Culture and Development \= We Build Together** Believing that the success of entrepreneurial individuals is our success, Guardians—both male and female—of our culture build every day the best place to work.
