Experience with data visualization tools; Hands-on experience with databases; Solid knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, managerial income statements (DRE), and operational KPIs; Coordinate the financial planning team with a focus on data-driven analysis, ensuring integrated visibility across finance, product, operations, and business areas; Ensure governance, quality, consistency, and unification of data sources, contributing to establishing a single source of truth; Act as the focal point between the finance department and data/BI teams, ensuring strategic alignment, demand prioritization, and advancement of the organization’s analytical maturity; Translate complex data into strategic insights; Map processes and propose improvements to increase productivity and reduce rework, focusing on automation and scalability; Maintain active SAP/CO governance strategy; Coordinate and develop a multidisciplinary team of analysts and BI professionals, promoting autonomy, analytical rigor, and a data-driven mindset. 2512070202191909096
