**JOB DETAILS**

Responsible for controlling, planning, and analyzing the company's financial activities, ensuring proper management of cash flow, compliance with obligations, support for decision-making, and maintenance of the business's financial health.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable;
Perform bank reconciliations;
Monitor daily cash flow and financial forecasts;
Generate financial reports and key performance indicators;
Track due dates for bills, taxes, and other obligations;
Record financial entries in the system;
Support financial and accounting closings;
Verify invoices and financial documents;
Assist in budget planning;
Monitor delinquency and collections;
Provide financial analysis and information to executive management;
Organize finance department files and documents.
### **REQUIREMENTS**
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
Knowledge of standard financial procedures;
Experience with ERP systems;
Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency;
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility;
Strong communication and analytical abilities.
