If you aspire to drive transformation and believe you can add value to challenges involving social and environmental responsibility, Engemon is the ideal place for you! **Work Environment:** You will work within our Engineering business unit. **Your Challenges Will Include:** * Managing and monitoring the financial flow of contracts with Petrobras * Operationalizing and controlling the Progredir system (advance payments, credit assignment, monitoring of measurements and payments) * Controlling and forecasting cash flow (short-, medium-, and long-term) * Analyzing and monitoring physical and financial measurements of construction projects * Liaising with engineering, procurement, contracts, and planning departments * Controlling project costs, budgets, and margins * Reconciling receivables, contractual retentions, and guarantees * Preparing management reports and financial indicators * Providing strategic support to the Finance Directorate **Preferred Qualifications:** * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields * Proven experience with Petrobras contracts * Proficiency in the Progredir financial flow process * Solid experience in structured cash flow management * Experience in industrial projects, heavy construction, or retrofitting * Knowledge of measurement processes, physical\-financial schedules, and CAPEX control * Intermediate Excel proficiency **What We Expect From You:** * Effective communication to establish strong client relationships; * Teamwork to foster a friendly environment; * Organization to manage daily tasks; * Dynamism to handle a variety of activities and challenges. **Why Work at Engemon:** Working at Engemon means joining a company with a rich history, tackling a diverse range of stimulating projects, accessing opportunities for personal development, being part of an organizational culture that values collaboration, health, and well-being, and contributing to projects that generate positive impacts.
