Are you ready to help make a difference in the Eve Internship Program 2026? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Our internships are available in the following areas:** * **Services Strategy, New Businesses, and Ecosystem**: This area strategically supports Eve’s After-Sales business, handling go-to-market strategies and pricing for the services portfolio, evaluating investment and partnership opportunities for new businesses, and connecting various stakeholders to develop the eVTOL ecosystem. The intern will participate in service strategy initiatives, focusing on pricing, collaborating across multiple departments and gaining hands-on exposure to applied business concepts. * **Human Resources**: This area leads the company’s Culture and People Strategy. We operate across all HR subsystems—including Culture, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, DE&I, social initiatives, etc. Our focus is delivering an engaging employee experience (whom we call “Evers”), aligned with the company’s strategy. The intern will primarily support topics related to Culture, Engagement, Social (ESG), DE&I, and Learning & Development. * **Customer Services and Support**: This area is responsible for developing the entire global after-sales infrastructure for eVTOLs. It encompasses Aircraft Maintenance, Spare Parts Supply Chain Management, Technical Services and Solutions, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and Sales Support for eVTOLs and related services. The intern will support the Customer Services and Support team in creating and managing visibility dashboards and structuring projects for the entire area, tracking deliverables, progress, and action plans via management scripts coordinated with subject-matter experts across these domains. * **Loads & Aeroelasticity**: This area handles aircraft development, testing, and certification in static loads, dynamic loads, fatigue, and aeroelasticity—from conceptual design through type certification and into serial production, providing ongoing support to manufacturing and operations. The intern will support the team in developing tools to improve processes and enhance the company’s readiness for product entry-into-service. * **Engineering Planning**: This area structures, integrates, and monitors processes supporting product development management, ensuring alignment among scope, schedule, cost, and resources. It collaborates across engineering disciplines, supporting decision-making through information organization, KPI management, process mapping, and resource and cost management. The intern will work in a project management environment, contributing to KPI development and updates, process mapping, and procurement management related to engineering. * **Electro-Electronic Systems**: This area develops, integrates, and certifies various aircraft systems—including Electrical System, Electric Propulsion, Avionics, Thermal Management System, Flight Control System—as well as requirements analysis, modeling and simulation, testing, technical documentation, and interface coordination with other engineering teams and certification authorities. The intern will focus primarily on the Electrical System and Electric Propulsion, supporting the team in: analyzing and reviewing system electrical and propulsion requirements; modeling, simulating, and evaluating system performance; supporting tests, trials, and issue investigations; preparing technical documentation and reports; and interfacing with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers. * **Operations Engineering**: This area develops products and services such as pilot operations manuals and training programs, and conducts studies on ground and airspace infrastructure required for eVTOL operations. The intern will collaborate with the team to collect data and prepare studies supporting activity development. * **Marketing and Design**: Conceptual and practical design knowledge: strong understanding of fundamental graphic design principles and genuine interest in continuously refining aesthetic sensibility. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop are essential. Knowledge of After Effects or other video editing tools and/or 3D software is considered a plus. Basic Office suite knowledge: Word, PowerPoint, and Office 360 tools such as SharePoint and OneDrive. Agency experience is a plus. Organized and pragmatic profile, with willingness to thrive in a dynamic, multitasking environment. Appreciation for collaborative work and openness to co-creation processes.
