The professional will play a strategic role in ensuring stability, evolution, and governance of technological solutions, acting as a technical reference for the team and driving continuous improvement initiatives for the company’s critical systems. * Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for the company’s ERP systems (NewCon/SINQIA, Protheus/TOTVS, and SAP Cloud), guiding Mid-level and Junior Analysts. * Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for critical and recurring incidents, proposing and implementing definitive solutions. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of ERP systems, ensuring availability, data integrity, and compliance with Central Bank regulations (ABAC). * Map and document business processes (e.g., share sales flow, shareholder meetings, lot allocations, collections, and transfers/assignments), identifying optimization opportunities. * Actively participate in system migrations and upgrades—especially the migration from Protheus to SAP Cloud—performing impact analysis and data validation. * Develop and review technical documentation (manuals, runbooks, integration architecture) with quality and standardization. * Collaborate with product squads and Level 2/Level 3 teams on requirement specification, solution acceptance, and regression testing. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Solid experience (5+ years) in ERP system support, with focus on NewCon (SINQIA), Protheus (TOTVS), or SAP. * Advanced proficiency in SQL Server: optimized queries, execution plan analysis, stored procedures, and scheduled jobs. * Ability to read and analyze application and infrastructure logs for incident diagnosis. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and management tools such as Linear. * Experience integrating systems via REST APIs and message queues (e.g., BullMQ or similar). * Excellent technical communication skills with business areas and non-technical stakeholders. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** --------------- * SAP or TOTVS certifications. * Experience in incident, problem, and change management. * Familiarity with observability using Datadog. * Experience with AWS infrastructure and high-availability concepts. * Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). * Proficiency in data analysis and BI using Metabase or similar tools. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract type:** PJ (Individual Contractor) **Location:** Remote
