Development of Power BI dashboards and executive reports **Job Description** ------------------- OBJECTIVE: Responsible for planning and ensuring execution of the plant's CAPEX portfolio, guaranteeing compliance with technical schedules, disciplined cost and timeline management, and consolidation of KPIs that support agile and informed decision-making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and control technical schedules in MS Project (milestones, critical path, and interfaces); Ensure end-to-end CAPEX governance (initiation, planning, execution, and closure); Monitor costs (forecast vs. actual) and manage risks and mitigation plans; Prepare RFQ/competitive bidding packages and support the procurement cycle; Align shutdown windows with Production Planning; Develop Power BI dashboards integrating CAPEX, schedule, safety, and quality KPIs; Prepare materials for strategic forums and executive reports; Deliver low-complexity projects (CAPEX \< US$ 500k) from planning through handover/delivery. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields); Experience in CAPEX and industrial project management; Proficiency in MS Project (technical scheduling), SAP, and Power BI (dashboards and KPIs); Intermediate English (preferred).
