Join this journey and help build a more diverse, sustainable, innovative, and opportunity-rich Mills.** **All our positions are open to people with disabilities.** **Submit your resume and participate in the selection process for the opportunity described below.** **Responsibilities and Duties** We seek a professional focused on managing warranties for machines, parts, and components, ensuring consistent technical analysis, cost control, and continuous improvement of company processes and products. * Manage the warranty process for the company’s machines, parts, and components; * Technically assess the eligibility of warranty requests submitted by branches; * Ensure compliance with internal warranty policies, guiding processes to resolution; * Handle warranties related to products and parts developed domestically by Engineering; * Monitor incidents, identify failures, and jointly propose corrective actions with internal departments; * Contribute to continuous improvement of products and processes through data and indicator analysis; * Control warranty-related costs, ensuring greater operational efficiency; * Register assets and materials in SAP and Engeman systems, ensuring data quality; * Support standardization and optimization of departmental processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering; * Technical training in Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering is desirable. **Experience:** * Experience in process development and/or management; * Experience with aerial platforms or heavy equipment lines is desirable. **Technical Knowledge:** * Process management; * Power BI (desirable); * Advanced Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint); * Basic knowledge of product engineering, maintenance, and failure diagnosis; * Basic English. **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Meal or Food Allowance; * Mobility Allowance or Transportation Benefit; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub for you and your dependents; * PLR — Profit and Results Sharing; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Dr. Alper (online medical consultation); Want to grow, develop, and work at a place that truly values who you are?
