We seek creative and sales-passionate individuals to transform how companies operate in international trade. **You will...** * Support the Product and Market Intelligence team in collecting, processing, and analyzing import, export, and logistics operation data; * Perform data cleaning, standardization, and structuring of SQL databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data consistency and reliability; * Assist in creating dashboards and managerial reports for tracking KPIs (MRR, churn, conversion, retention, etc.); * Support integration and monitoring of ComexBase, E-Price, CargoFlow, and external APIs; * Participate in data validation and data auditing processes; * Support the team in building predictive models and business insights to guide strategic decisions; * Document data processes, workflows, and rules according to standards defined by the Product team; * Contribute to advancing Einship's data-driven culture, ensuring departments use data intelligently and accessibly. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for candidates with knowledge in...** * SQL (PostgreSQL preferred); * Excel/Google Sheets (intermediate to advanced level); * Data visualization tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Looker Studio); * Programming logic and data manipulation (Python, R, or similar — a plus); * Organization, attention to detail, and analytical reasoning; * Strong communication skills and curiosity to learn about technology and business; * Ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly in a startup environment. **Nice to have...** * Prior experience (including internships) in data analysis, BI, or data science; * Familiarity with international trade or the logistics market; * Basic knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations; * Experience in SaaS environments or technology startups; * Basic knowledge of Laravel/PHP or AWS (technical differentiators only).
