The Data Analyst II is responsible for conducting detailed data analyses, developing reports and dashboards to support decision-making, and collaborating with business areas to identify and resolve issues. This professional plays a key role in implementing analytical solutions and building simpler predictive models, serving as a point of support for data initiatives across the organization.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Collect, clean, and transform data for detailed analyses to meet demands from various departments.
* Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Tableau for KPI visualization.
* Develop simple predictive models to support business decisions.
* Work with business teams to identify analytical opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
* Automate data collection and report generation to optimize time and improve accuracy.
* Define and monitor performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
* Maintain up-to-date documentation of analytical processes and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
* Assist Junior Data Analysts in developing skills and supporting their tasks.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL for data querying and report creation.
* Experience with Python and/or R for data manipulation.
* Familiarity with tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
* Knowledge of basic statistical techniques for data analysis.
* Ability to clearly present insights to stakeholders.
* Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Technology, or related fields.
