Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and support strategic departments with analyses, metrics, and insights for decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement We are looking for a **Data Analyst** to join our team and support strategic departments with analyses, metrics, and insights for decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources and internal systems; * Develop managerial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs); * Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability; * Automate analytical processes and report generation; * Support departments such as Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Operations; * Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement; * Document processes, metrics, and business rules to ensure standardization. **Requirements** * Minimum of **2 years** of experience as a Data Analyst or in related fields; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in related fields; * Advanced **Excel** proficiency; * Experience with **Power BI** or other BI tools; * Knowledge of **SQL**; * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of **Python or R**; * Experience with relational databases; * Experience in report automation; * Experience with business metrics.
