Continuous interaction with data engineering teams and stakeholders **What We’re Looking For** A Data Professional with strong expertise in exploratory analysis, data preparation, and validation to support decision-making. The candidate will be responsible for interpreting metrics, ensuring data quality and consistency, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborating closely with data engineering and business units. **Responsibilities** * Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), preprocessing, and data validation; * Define, calculate, and track KPIs and statistical metrics (PSI, KS, Gini, AUC, Precision/Recall); * Apply statistical techniques and supervised/unsupervised methods; * Process, consolidate, and validate datasets for analytical use; * Develop analyses and models using Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, SHAP); * Work with Big Data using PySpark and EMR; * Utilize AWS services (S3, Athena, Glue, DynamoDB, Lambda); * Monitor data pipelines, versioning, and database stability; * Continuously interact with data engineering teams and business stakeholders; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in exploratory data analysis and data preparation; * Strong proficiency in Python for analysis and modeling (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, SHAP); * Hands-on experience with Big Data using PySpark and EMR; * Experience with AWS (S3, Athena, Glue, DynamoDB, Lambda); * Knowledge of statistical and performance metrics (PSI, KS, Gini, AUC, Precision/Recall); * Experience in data quality monitoring and control; * Ability to communicate insights effectively and collaborate with both technical and business teams; **Behavioral Profile:** We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment; * Is courageous, embraces challenges, and pursues new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into creative solutions and consistently strives for excellence; * Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills; * Is self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and capable of managing their own time; * Is interested in tackling innovative and challenging situations in the technology domain.
