Opportunity to make a difference in a purpose-driven company Professional to join the CSC team, working in the **Service Management** area, focusing on **Internal Customer Relationship Management and New Demand Handling**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect and organize data from various sources (internal and external), ensuring data integrity and quality. * Process, clean, and transform data using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R. * Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. * Support the development of databases and analytical structures, ensuring data updates and consistency. * Perform statistical and descriptive analyses to identify patterns, trends, and insights. * Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics, contributing to results monitoring. * Conduct data validations and cross-checks to ensure analytical accuracy. * Collaborate with business areas (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to identify analytical requirements. * Document processes, scripts, and methodologies used in analyses. * Stay updated on best practices in data analysis and analytical tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Familiarity with the ServiceNow service management platform is desirable. **Additional Information** The new Sabesp is far more than a sanitation company.
