Job Summary: A BI professional responsible for creating and managing reports and dashboards, with emphasis on automation, accuracy, and performance, as well as guiding the team and other departments. This professional will be responsible for creating and managing reports and dashboards, focusing on automation, accuracy, and performance in the requested analyses. This professional will also be responsible for interacting with, guiding, and supporting other team members and colleagues from other departments regarding BI-related requests and topics, and staying up to date on market tools and trends to contribute to the evolution of the area and the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets; * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and relevance; * Collaborate with business teams to understand their data needs and deliver effective solutions; * Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns, and valuable insights that support decision-making; * Proficiency in languages such as Python, SQL, M, and DAX; * Creation and management of reports in Power BI Desktop and Online (Power BI Service) and other market tools; * Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows related to data collection, analysis, and presentation **Requirements and Qualifications** * Preferred – Intermediate Excel; * Preferred – Power BI (DAX and M) and ETL Power Query; * Required – Experience querying MySQL databases; * Required – Python and associated libraries; * Required – Experience building visualizations in Power BI; * Bonus – Understanding of Data Lake concepts; * Bonus – Familiarity with APIs. **Additional Information** To support your daily work: Benefit (iFood Benefits Card): R$ 1\.120,00 per month Participation in physical and mental health programs through partners offering gym networks and telehealth services; To develop your career: * Performance evaluation; * Structured career path; * Frequent training sessions; Incentivar is an incentive and rewards software built to help companies achieve more goals by strategically and intelligently leveraging their data.
