Responsibilities: * Access and extract data from multiple databases and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, financial, operations, care/support, spreadsheets, and APIs), ensuring source traceability; * Develop and maintain SQL queries (views, joins, aggregations) to generate reliable datasets; * Perform data cleaning, validation, standardization, and organization (data quality); * Identify inconsistencies and discrepancies across data sources and propose corrections (in coordination with responsible teams and/or IT); * Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with corporate standards (layout, naming conventions, filters, refresh frequency); * Ensure report updates and availability (automated routines and failure monitoring); * Translate data into clear, simple insights and practical recommendations for managers and stakeholders; * Document processes (extraction, transformation, metric definitions, data dictionary, and business rules); * Support data governance (standards, policies, compliance, and best practices); * Collaborate with senior analysts/data engineering teams when centralized data integration is required. Requirements: Requirements: * Intermediate SQL (SELECT, JOINs, GROUP BY, WHERE; creation/maintenance of BI-oriented queries). * Power BI (report creation, basic modeling, filters, simple measures; dashboard organization by audience). * Proficient Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization and validation). * Basic/intermediate Python for data (pandas/numpy, data processing and automation). * Ability to access and integrate multiple data sources and understand table relationships. * Familiarity with KPIs and performance indicators. * Basic knowledge of data governance/quality and documentation discipline. * Clear communication skills to translate data into practical recommendations. * Experience with CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and funnel/sales metrics. * Experience with integrations (APIs, connectors, ETL/ELT) and/or data environments (DW/Lake). * Experience with corporate indicator standardization (data dictionary and metric catalog). * Knowledge of LGPD and best practices for data security/access control. * Background in healthcare, wellness, or technology companies. * Experience with automation and version control (Git).
