If you enjoy uncovering the "why" behind results, connecting marketing, CRM, and sales data, and turning all of this into smart decisions... this role is for you. **What you'll do here** ● Monitor and analyze performance across digital channels (CRM, organic social, paid media, website, campaigns); ● Create and maintain **automated dashboards and reports** to facilitate decision-making; ● Map and track **conversion funnel metrics** (CTR → CVR → Average Order Value → Repurchase); ● Generate insights and hypotheses for **growth tests and audience segmentation**; ● Help the team identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities; ● Contribute to analyzing **simplified P\&Ls for channels**, supporting investment decisions; ● Ensure data is reliable, up-to-date, and used in the most effective way possible. **What you need to know (and enjoy doing!)** ● Advanced Excel / Google Sheets—comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and automations; ● Data visualization tools (Data Studio, Looker, Power BI); ● Knowledge of **SQL**, APIs, and data extraction from multiple sources; ● Familiarity with **Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, Bling, Shopify**; ● Understanding of e\-commerce metrics: **CAC, LTV, margin, cohort, sales funnel**; ● Experience with **A/B testing**, segmentation, and campaign analysis. **Your work style matters (a lot!)** ● **Curious:** you don't stop at "what happened," you want to understand "why"; ● **Analytical:** you love identifying patterns and explaining what the data tells; ● **Results-oriented:** you know that numbers without impact are just statistics; ● **Communicative:** you translate data into stories anyone can understand; ● **Collaborative:** you work together, share learnings, and adapt quickly; ● **Self-driven:** you manage your time, document your work, and deliver consistently. **What you’ll find at Ela Decora** A light, creative, and fast-paced environment where **data, design, and execution** go hand-in-hand.
