Job Summary: The professional will support controller activities, performing cost, margin, and budget analyses; asset and inventory management; and collaborating on pricing and decision-making processes. Collaboration in pricing and investment decisions **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate or advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of Costing Systems; * Knowledge of financial statement and economic-financial indicator analysis and interpretation; * Knowledge of pricing methodology and budget planning; * Familiarity with SAP (CO and FI modules); **Desirable Requirements:** * Intermediate English; * Intermediate Spanish; * Microsoft Fabric (Power BI, etc.) **Responsibilities:** * Support controller department activities by analyzing all relevant information and reporting to management; * Conduct analyses of cost structures, costing processes, margins, budgets, and forecasts; * Perform analyses from the perspective of Matrix Expense Management; * Analyze pricing practices and product profitability; * Analyze costs to identify opportunities for maximizing results; * Support the preparation and analysis of management reports; * Manage assets and inventories; * Collaborate with administrative requests from the department related to pricing calculation and formulation, investment analyses (engineering projects), and process improvement studies across various company departments; * Prepare management reports and presentations; * Analyze inventory results and validate accounting records; * Contribute to maintaining ERP master data; * Collaborate with other company directorates, supporting decision-making processes related to Controller activities. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality (HSQE) standards. **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD)**
