Dynamic environment with development opportunities A retail group comprising multiple brands is seeking a **Controller Analyst** to strengthen the department and support the business’s strategic decisions. We seek a candidate with an analytical mindset, critical thinking skills, and the drive to deliver real impact on company results. Key Responsibilities: * Execute and monitor controller routines, ensuring information quality * Support strategic planning and budgeting processes * Analyze performance (forecast vs. actual), identifying variances and opportunities * Prepare management reports, KPIs, and dashboards * Support results presentations for leadership and executive management * Drive process, control, and system improvements * Collaborate with departments including Finance, Operations, Sales, and Logistics Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Prior experience in controller, finance, or accounting roles * Knowledge of performance analysis (Income Statement) * Advanced Excel proficiency Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in budgeting and financial planning * Background in retail or large-scale enterprises * Familiarity with Power BI or other data tools * ERP experience Candidate Profile: * Strong analytical capability * Organized and detail-oriented * Effective communication skills * Proactive with an owner’s mindset * Team-oriented and collaborative What We Offer: * Health and dental insurance * On-site cafeteria * Transportation allowance or parking * Dynamic environment with development opportunities Compensation: R$3\.400,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Selection Questions: * Please state your salary expectation or most recent salary * If currently employed, please list your current benefits * Are you available for 100% in-person work in Campinas/SP?
