Job Summary: Work on cost management, ensuring proper allocation, appropriate accounting classification, and effective support for contract-level results analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Direct exposure to financial coordination and executive leadership **Position Objective** Execute, control, and organize the company’s cost management, ensuring correct allocation, appropriate accounting classification, reliability of managerial information, and effective support for contract-level results analysis. **Key Responsibilities** * **Cost Management and Control** * Execute and monitor the allocation of direct and indirect costs by contract and cost center; * Conduct critical analysis of accounting classifications (cost vs. expense); * Support consolidation of the Income Statement (DRE); * Support development of the Contract-Level Income Statement (DRC); * Analyze variances between actual vs. budgeted results; * Ensure consistency of bases used for managerial reports. * **Processes and Structuring** * Maintain updated controls (spreadsheets and systems); * Document cost allocation and apportionment criteria; * Contribute to improving costing processes; * Support development of BI and managerial reporting bases; * Participate in evolving the company’s controller model. * **Classification and Information Quality** * Review cost postings originating from the ERP; * Identify inconsistencies in product/event configuration; * Collaborate with Procurement and Operations to correct issues at source; * Support managerial reclassifications when necessary; * Maintain organized documentation and traceability of analyses performed. * **Interface with Operations** * Interact with contract managers to understand cost nature; * Support margin and profitability analyses; * Flag significant cost deviations; * Contribute to improving measurement and allocation discipline. **Technical Requirements** * **Mandatory** * Proven experience in cost management or cost analysis; * Experience with accounting classification (cost vs. expense); * Experience with cost center and/or contract-level control; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (reconciliations, analyses, cross-referencing); * Analytical capability and attention to detail; * Routine discipline and organizational skills. * **Desirable** * Experience in companies providing ongoing services, maintenance, or operations; * Experience with managerial DRE; * ERP knowledge (TOTVS / Protheus is a plus); * Experience in contract-level profitability analysis; * Basic understanding of corporate budgeting. **Behavioral Profile** * Operational and execution-oriented profile; * Investigative mindset (do not accept numbers “as-is”); * High accountability for information quality; * Strong communication skills with non-finance areas; * Collaborative, process-oriented attitude; * Comfort working in an environment undergoing structuring and reorganization. **Opportunity** * Participate in the final structuring of the Controller's Office; * Directly contribute to improving the quality of financial information; * Reduce operational risk through responsibility sharing; * Direct exposure to financial coordination and executive leadership; * Growth opportunities into more complex roles as the area evolves.
