Job Summary: Senior Controller Analyst responsible for preparing and monitoring monthly results, conducting feasibility studies, and generating management reports, with a focus on process improvements. All our job openings are affirmative action positions — we believe in each individual's potential and foster an environment where everyone can grow and contribute. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform accounting control activities related to preparing and monitoring monthly results, including analysis of monthly variances and justification of identified variances; * Prepare feasibility studies for new business initiatives; * Monitor variances between budgeted and actual figures; * Generate management reports for inventory vs. sales tracking; * Prepare automated management reports and analyze results; * Create automated reports containing reliable information to support other departments; * Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of report development and analysis (Excel and Power BI); **BENEFITS:** * On-site meals (breakfast and lunch); * Life insurance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Birthday day off; * Transportation allowance or fuel voucher; * Complimentary tickets and employee discounts.
