If you seek challenging and disruptive projects, KAVAK is the place for you. **Mission of this position:** Act as the focal point for performance and operational governance, connecting data, quality, operations, and decision-making, with the objective of ensuring process efficiency, standardization, and continuous evolution, while supporting leadership in building a scalable, data-driven, results-oriented operation. **Job Responsibilities:** * Serve as the governance focal point for operational rituals (daily TIER meetings, weekly learning sessions, quality forums), ensuring preparation, documentation of decisions, and follow-up on action plans; * Consolidate and analyze operational, quality, and cost indicators, transforming data into insights and recommendations for decision-making; * Support leadership in preparing materials and analyses for executive presentations and board forums; * Conduct operational performance analyses, repair cost analyses, inspection demerits, and financial impact assessments, supporting decision-making alongside Pricing, Product, and Operations teams; * Act as the interface between the operations area and Product and Technology teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and tracking delivery progress; * Support governance and documentation of rules and system configurations for the internal production system (Backoffice), including requirements gathering, testing, and change control; * Lead continuous improvement initiatives (PDCA, A3, structured analyses), from diagnosis through results tracking and sustainability of improvements; * Support operational training and development initiatives, linking learnings to real-world performance and quality data; * Conduct ad-hoc analyses per strategic demands from leadership and the Operations Executive Board, especially related to costs, efficiency, and business models; * Ensure learnings from quality and post-sales analyses are translated into process adjustments, operational criteria updates, or team development actions. **Requirements for Application:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields; * Strong analytical capability and structured reasoning; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; * Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple topics simultaneously; * Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical areas. **Desired Skills:** * Prior experience in Operations, Quality, Performance, Continuous Improvement, Planning, or Consulting; * Ability to transform data into clear analyses and practical recommendations; * Systemic vision and understanding of end-to-end processes; * Proactive profile with ownership mindset and autonomy; * Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders; * Capability to structure problems, propose solutions, and track execution; * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, A3, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) is preferred; * Experience in operational or high-complexity environments is preferred. **What Kavak Offers You:** * Medical and Dental Insurance; * WellHub (GymPass); * Meal Allowance and/or Food Allowance; * Mobility Allowance or Commuter Benefit; * Free On-site Parking; * Charter Transportation (no payroll deduction); * Life Insurance: Additional security for you and your family; * Amparo; * Birthday Day Off; * Discount on car purchases; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
