**Job Opening: Collections Analyst – Novo Seguros** We are hiring! **Location:** Campo Grande \- Cariacica/ES, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, Monday to Friday **Responsibilities:** * Proactive contact for overdue bill collection (D1, D2, D3\) * Multichannel customer support (phone, e\-mail, and chat) * Recording interactions in the system * Tracking requests until resolution * Generating payment links (Cielo and Pix) * Collaborating with internal teams (Finance, Claims, Ombudsman) * Participating in ongoing training programs **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college degree in progress or completed is a plus) * Customer service experience (a plus) * Familiarity with CRM tools, help desk platforms (e.g., I4PRO, Blip), and spreadsheets **Benefits:** * Health insurance, dental insurance, meal allowance at work, transportation or mobility allowance, university partnership programs, and career development plan.
