As a Business Intelligence Junior Analyst at BairesDev, you will support the data analysis and reporting activities that drive business decisions. You'll work with experienced analysts to gather, process, and analyze data, create reports and dashboards, and help transform raw information into valuable business insights. What You Will Do: * Assist in gathering and processing data from various sources. * Help create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations. * Support data analysis and the identification of business trends. * Collaborate in the implementation of BI tools and solutions. * Aid in documenting requirements and processes for BI projects. * Learn and apply BI best practices and methodologies. What we are looking for: * 1\+ year of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field. * Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases. * Familiarity with BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar). * Basic understanding of data modeling and ETL processes. * Analytical mindset with attention to detail. * Good level of English.
