If you, like us, believe in transforming processes and generating impact through technology and innovation, join our team and grow with us! **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the implementation of new products and processes within operations; * Conduct functional requirements elicitation and specification; * Map processes using specialized tools; * Monitor technical requests with clients and internal departments; * Perform analyses, calculations, and data extractions to support implementations; * Participate in technical testing and validation; * Collaborate with IT departments to monitor requests; * Manage operational communication with partners and clients; * Provide technical and operational support for implementations and integrations. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Experience implementing products and processes; * Experience in functional requirements elicitation and specification; * Knowledge of process mapping; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of MS Visio; * Knowledge of MS Project; * Knowledge of PowerPoint; * Familiarity with SUSEP regulations; * Analytical mindset and strong interpersonal skills with technical teams and clients. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Organized and committed profile; * Composure under pressure; * Mature and engaging communication style; * Proactive and collaborative attitude. **Employment Type: CLT \+ Benefits:** * Standard business hours – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Hybrid work model, with approximately one in-person client visit per week; * Medical and dental plans; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance / Food voucher; * Transportation voucher; * Discount club; * Access to Wellhub (gyms) and Mente Tranquila; * Discounts on Positivo products; * University partnership program; * And much more.
