Job Summary: A professional to perform requirements analysis and engineering, solution design, and quality assurance of artifacts and processes, collaborating with the development team. Ensuring the quality of artifacts and projects **Please note that the selection process consists of 5 stages:** 1\. Resume review 2\. Technical assessment (a technical test will be sent by the team after the resume review stage) 3\. Interview with the company’s team 4\. Technical interview (involving clients) 5\. Salary offer (considering the candidate’s salary expectation and the company’s job grading plan) **Below are details about the position:** Remote work (Monday to Friday, 44 hours/week), CLT employment, with remuneration to be negotiated (based on salary expectation and the company’s job grading plan); **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct requirements elicitation and analysis jointly with the client and their representatives; * Perform analysis and diagnosis of current and future state scenarios (AS IS/TO BE); * Map business processes and rules; * Propose business-appropriate solutions grounded in critical and evidence-based analysis; * Conduct studies and research to identify the optimal solution for business needs; * Author user stories; * Define acceptance criteria; * Ensure the quality of artifacts, products, processes, and the project; * Maintain up-to-date and consistent project artifacts directly related to requirements engineering; * Draft and review project documentation; * Organize and maintain project artifacts; * Report on activity progress and project actions; * Collaborate with the development team, supporting peers in executing their tasks within the planned timebox; * Perform software testing and log defects to validate requirements/business rules approved by the user; * Document, evolve, and disseminate best practices, processes, routines, and procedures; * Conduct client-facing meetings for presentation, demonstration, validation, and acceptance of deliverables; * Ensure delivery quality together with the team; * Participate in planning (planning), review (review), retrospective (retrospective), and daily stand-up (daily meeting) ceremonies with the team. **Required / Desired Qualifications:** ***Minimum Required Knowledge:*** * Requirements engineering; * Business process modeling/diagramming; * Agile methodologies for system/product development; * Creation of artifacts related to requirements engineering; * Specification of user stories; * Prototyping and wireframing; * Familiarity with best practices for backlog creation and maintenance; * Analytical thinking. ***Desired Knowledge:*** * UI/UX knowledge; * Experience in healthcare systems; * GIT; * Miro; * Figma or Bizagi. (e.g., UML tools, interviews, workshops, use case analysis) Education: * Completed undergraduate degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Requirements Analysis (Mandatory) * Agile software development methodologies (Preferred) * Use of Jira or similar tools (Mandatory) * Authoring user stories in BDD format (Mandatory) Work Location: Remote
